Valley Crest, built in the early 70's, consists of 48 two and three bedroom apartments. It is located on the east side of campus and is about a 10-minute walk to the center of campus. Each apartment has its own private deck.
There are two coin operated laundry rooms in the complex. All of the apartments have wall to wall carpeting except in the kitchen and bathroom. Off the dining room is a large pantry (closet) that can be used for extra storage space.
The university provides TV, Internet, electrical service - including heat, water, sewer, garbage. The resident is responsible for phone service.
